It’s the job of vendor managers to vet freelancers and service partners and cultivate relationships with them. Vendor managers are the first point of entry for most freelancers, and therefore key stakeholders for the success of language service providers.
Under the motto ‘Inspiring Vendor Managers’, the second iteration of the Meeting Central Europe 2019 will place a special focus on vendor managers. But not to the exclusion of project managers, key decision-makers and CEOs, nor of freelance translators and language specialists.
This is an opportunity for industry experts working with Central and Eastern European languages to gain valuable insights, form new relationships and deepen old ones as well as seek new opportunities.
With more than 20 speakers and panelists on various subjects – not to mention master classes aimed at honing processes and increasing efficiency – there will be something for everyone at the event.
Meet Central Europe’s spotlight country for 2019 is Germany, which will be represented at the event by the Qualitätssprachendienste Deutschland e.V. (QSD), which is a member of the European Union of Associations of Translation Companies (EUATC).
The event will be hosted in stunning capital of the Czech Republic at the Hotel International Prague, with immediate proximity to the city centre. It will take place from October 10–11.
